The EXT Ferro E-MX — a true dual crown inverted MX fork engineered for e-moto, with race-grade damping and air spring technology.

Features

  • Robust dual crown inverted MX design (USD)
  • 36mm hard chromed steel stanchions (heat treated 42CrMo4) with Superfinish surface treatment
  • HS3 twin positive air system + 1 large negative self-balancing air chamber for optimum support through all the travel
  • High-flow 3-way cartridge damper with independent high & low speed compression plus rebound adjustment
  • External pressure air release system (one-way valves) on both legs
  • Twin hexagonal floating axle, boost compatible 20mm
  • Air spring and cartridge radial guide system with bespoke aeronautical seals — minimizes friction on side loads
  • Large piston design for best damping control, separate IFP/coil energized compression valve — no cavitation, low hysteresis
  • Self-bleeding hydraulic cartridge
  • CGB Continuously Guided Bushing system with super-long static overlap for maximum guidance and torsional rigidity
  • 205mm travel, 44mm offset
  • 200mm post mount brake
  • Weight: 4000g
  • Compatible with stock fender design
  • Boost hub spacing for flexibility with aftermarket wheel sets

Fitment

  • Surron LBX/S — yes w/ boost rotor spacer (all model years)
  • Talaria MX3/MX4 and XXX — yes w/ boost rotor spacer (drop crown recommended for MX versions, flat for XXX)
  • Talaria MX5 — no (MX5 version available soon)
  • E-Ride Pro S/SS/2.0 — yes w/ boost rotor spacer
  • E-Ride Pro 3.0 — yes, with the EXT brake adaptor (also fits the SR model but not covered by warranty)

Note: If running a stock wheel or any wheel not designed for BOOST hubs, you'll need a boost rotor adaptor (Warp 9 boost hub adaptor). For Sur-Ron: if you're not on the most current model, a head tube reinforcement clamp is recommended — standard equipment on current model year bikes, available for purchase on request.
